First, the scope of warranty
Beijing Altai Technology Development Co., Ltd. implements a two-year warranty system for products sold. The warranty covers Altai (ART) products sold by Beijing Altai Technology Development Co., Ltd. and its branches, offices, and authorized agents.

 

 Second, the warranty period and charges

From the date of receipt by the consignee, the product sold is provided with a two-year free warranty. During the warranty period, Altai Corporation is responsible for maintenance without charge for raw material costs and working hours; for more than two years, Altai Corporation is responsible for maintenance and requires raw material costs and working hours. Fee; Altai company bears the one-way freight for the return of the repaired product to the sender (if expedited, the freight will be borne by the sender).

 

 How to contact maintenance

For products that need to be repaired during and outside the warranty period, please contact the corresponding sales personnel or call 400-860-3335 to request the repair address, indicate the failure phenomenon, reason and what needs to be repaired, and return the product to Altai for repair.

 

 The following conditions are not included in the free warranty

1. The purchased product is out of warranty.

2. Man-made damage or failure to install and use the product as required, such as the wrong power supply, the wrong card inserted into the wrong slot, the use of damaged parts, overlapping, short circuit, static electricity, etc.

3.Damage caused by improper storage or accident, such as damage caused by dropping, crushing, water immersion, high temperature, exposure to sunlight, etc.

4.Installed, disassembled or repaired by service personnel not authorized by Beijing Altai Technology Development Co., Ltd.

5.Other damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, such as damage caused by earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes, wars, etc.

6.  Maintenance services caused by the above reasons are charged according to service standards outside the warranty period.
